The following Privacy Policy outlines what data we collect about your user, and how we use it.
Please keep in mind that that the services we use also have their own Privacy Policies and Terms and Conditions, which are not listed here.

What information do we collect and how do we use it?
We collect basic non-identifiable information about your user on the website; The majority of which is provided during registration, such as email addresses and usernames, and IP addresses. In addition to this, we also collect information from the Minecraft server about your Minecraft account. This information can include your player username and UUID which is used to track your user statistics and personal settings, as well as IP addresses for analytical purposes. The only people who have access to this information are staff ranked Manager, or Owner. We use this information to generate analytics such as where our major audience is located (to the nearest country), average retention, ping and latency, session length, your most visited server on our network, and AFK times. In addition to this, your IP address may also be used if you break our network rules to prevent you from joining our network with alternative accounts to bypass a ban. This information is also used to aid moderation duties on our website to prevent spam, and detect alternative accounts.

Can I request to download/clear all of my data?
While we do not provide an official way to download all of your data, you can contact us via our Discord server ( or by creating a ticket at to request a list of information stored. If you wish to clear some/all of your data, you may also contact us via Discord, or by making a ticket at When clearing all of your data, we will:

  • delete your forums account
  • delete your Minecraft statistics and saved preferences
  • wipe your existence from our Minecraft server (this includes your rank unless otherwise specified)
  • any other cached data related to your user
How is my information stored?
Personal or identifiable information is stored in secure MySQL databases in encrypted formats. We never store this information in plain text. As for the services we use (which includes the website and forums) are stored per our services privacy policies.

Cookies are used to store small pieces of non-identifiable information with your consent. In order to consent to the use of cookies, you must either close the cookie notice (as explained within the notice) or register on our website.
Data stored by cookies include any recently viewed topic IDs, along with a unique, unidentifiable hash upon logging in and selecting "Remember Me" to automatically log you in next time you visit.
